3. Locally hosted fonts and images

The fonts and images used on this website are hosted locally on the website server. No connection to an external font provider is made.

4. Downloads

When PDF or ZIP files are downloaded, the same technical access data may be processed as during a normal website visit. No registration is required.

5. External links and embedded Instagram content

This website contains simple external links to social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Discord) and to Patreon. The respective external website is only contacted after you click the link.

In addition, the "Built by you" section can display Instagram posts and reels directly on the page. This Instagram content is not loaded automatically. It is only loaded after you actively agree by clicking the "Show Instagram photos" button. Until then, no connection to Instagram is made and only locally hosted placeholder images are shown.

Once you choose to load Instagram content, your browser connects directly to servers operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Meta may receive your IP address and other browser data, may set cookies, and may transfer data to the United States. This processing is based on your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. 6. Cookies and first-party campaign analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics services, or device fingerprinting. It uses a self-hosted, cookie-free campaign analytics function to understand which public links, videos, or social-media posts lead visitors to the website.

When a specially generated campaign link is opened, the system may store the campaign source, campaign name, link variant, requested page, referrer information, and the date and time of the visit. The analytics function does not intentionally store IP addresses, names, email addresses, or unique device identifiers.

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is measuring the effectiveness of published content and improving the website. Campaign analytics records are automatically deleted after 90 days.

7. Contact by email

If you contact the website owner by email, the information you provide will be processed to respond to your request. Depending on the content of the request, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

8. Storage period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by law. Self-hosted campaign analytics records are deleted after 90 days. STRATO makes hosting log files available for up to six weeks; the hosting provider may process technical server data according to its own retention and security procedures.

Under the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
